The Chef

Our chef, Luis Guimaraes has over 35 years experience in his chosen profession. Born on Porto, Portugal he has an enthusiastic passion for cooking.

This passion started at the age 14, learning to cook with his Mother. Then beginning as a starter chef, then second chef before becoming a Head Chef at the age of 22. Then 4 years ago he decided to bring his skills and passion for food to England!
